Purchasers wishing to return goods should contact DigitEMB and request a Return Authorization number.
Only items specified on the Return Authorization may be returned.
A copy of the original invoice and the Return Authorization number must accompany returned items. Unauthorized returns will be returned to the Purchaser at their expense.
If you received free freight on your order and the items you return bring your order total below the value for free shipping, the shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. (i.e., You placed an order that totaled $175, and you received free freight worth $15 on that order. You then return items totaling $50, and your refund will be $35.)
Merchandise returned after 30 days from the date of invoice will be charged a 15% restocking charge. Merchandise is non-returnable after 60 days from the date of invoice.
Items that have been opened and/or used will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee or may not be returnable at all.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us at shop@digitemb.com to arrange an exchange or return.
We do not accept returns on opened boxes of software.
